As part of your ongoing Minerva Private  Office engagement, we can coordinate temporary cover, subject to availability, while maintaining continuity in your home. This may be needed when your staff are temporarily away or when your household is experiencing a particularly busy period.

We can also help existing Private Office clients source suitable household and professional staff, including housekeepers, butlers, personal assistants and executive assistants. We coordinate the recruitment and introduction process and can prepare and manage related work permit and immigration applications, seeking specialist legal advice where a matter is complex or requires it.

Lastly, we are certified by the Butler Valet School and the British Butler Institute, and can bring informed oversight and a practical understanding of high service standards and private household expectations.
