Founded in 2018 on the principle that our time, our families and our homes are our most precious assets, Minerva Cayman deploys a team of talented and expert assistants to provide a full lifestyle service to busy people. Our broad spectrum of roles has redefined the business of concierge services, modernising the industry by combining the traditional roles of butlers, property managers and secretaries, while fostering excellent relationships with hospitality, real estate and tourism sectors. This unique collaboration enables Minerva Cayman to tackle all the day-to-day needs of private clients and to streamline their lives, so that they can enjoy their properties and spend quality time with friends and family.
Minerva Cayman is proud to be accredited and recognised by the finest industry leaders. Our staff are trained by exclusive professional institutions across the world such as the International Butler Academy (Netherlands), the Butler Valet School (UK), The British Butler Institute (UK), and the schools of etiquette The English Manner (UK) and Beaumont (USA). They also have extensive experience working with leading businesses in the luxury sector and in private clubs, as well as working with high-net-worth, ultra-high-net-worth and royal individuals. They harness their local and international knowledge to carry out all tasks successfully, and they do so with unparalleled loyalty, engagement and privacy.
We are based in Grand Cayman and provide services to locally-based clients, covering both their local and overseas needs.
Headquartered in George Town, we hold regular meetings with our clients, either at our private premises or at their homes or offices, for warm conversations to pin down their needs. We also offer instant messenger services for ongoing exchanges between meetings but our modes of communication are always tailor-made to the clients’ preferences.

Minerva Cayman has been officially recognised as one of the trainers for the Miss Cayman Islands Universe. Our etiquette consultancy team provided support, guidance and training to the 2022 Miss Cayman Universe rep ahead of her competition at the Miss Universe pageant 2023.
