Founded in 2018 on the principle that our time, our families and our homes are what is most precious, Minerva Cayman deploys a team of talented and expert assistants to provide a full lifestyle service to busy people. We have, by assuming a broad suite of duties, redefined the business of concierge services, modernising the industry by combining the traditional roles of butler, property manager and personal secretary. Our excellent relationships with the hospitality, real estate and tourism sectors enable Minerva Cayman to tackle all the day-to-day needs of our clients, to streamline their lives and to free them to enjoy their properties and devote time to family, friends and the things that only they can do.
Minerva Cayman is proud to be accredited and recognised by respected industry bodies. Our team draws on specialist training from institutions including the Butler Valet School (UK), The British Butler Institute (UK), The English Manner (UK) and Beaumont Etiquette (USA).
They also bring extensive experience from leading businesses in the luxury sector and private clubs, as well as supporting high-net-worth, ultra-high-net-worth and royal individuals. This local and international experience informs every engagement, which is approached with loyalty, discretion, sound judgement and respect for our clients’ privacy.
Based in George Town, Grand Cayman, we support clients who live on island as well as those based overseas with homes, businesses or other interests here.
We meet clients at our private office, at their homes or offices, and online when appropriate. Communication is tailored to each engagement and each client’s preferences, providing a discreet and dependable point of contact whether they are in Cayman or abroad.
