COVID -19 POLICY
The safety of our employees and visitors is our priority and we have taken great care to provide a COVID-19 safe environment for everyone.
Here are some of the measures we have put in place:
- We follow the Work Safely protocol issued by the government
- We have appointed a COVID-19 lead worker representative to make risk assessment, guide our team and support a safe attendance in our premises
- We have designed our courses to minimise physical contact and avoid sharing of training tools and material.
- We are prepared and equipped for remote working
- We maintain a 2m distance in the workplace and in the classroom
- Where people cannot be 2m apart, we do everything practical to manage transmission risk
- We require all visitors to wear masks and we follow a disinfecting procedures after each class and each visitor
- We raise awareness of hygiene etiquette with signage and during our staff training
The wellbeing of our employees and of our clients remains of the highest importance to us and these changes are designed with all of them in mind. We will continue to review guidance from the Health & Safety Authority and adapt our policies and operating procedures in line with such guidance.
