Our offerings below have been created by our team in partnership with respected professionals. They can be further enhanced or refined to reflect your wishes: perhaps you wish to set up at home or in an unusual place; or add personal gifts, flowers or special messages for a very special person. Cayman has many well-known offerings but we often find that our clients are most impressed by the ones that involve those personal, special touches which express flair, care and attention.
GOURMET PICNIC
Take your picnic to new horizons and new levels with Minerva. A private cruise with Waterhouse Charters will whisk you off in style to a private beach or sandbar, where a Minerva butler and appointed picnic await.
On arrival, dig your toes into the soft sand and enjoy a glass of chilled champagne as you unwind. Then savour a delicate and decadent
seafood medley prepared by award-winning Chef Keith Griffin featuring oysters, king crab, caviar, steamed lobster and a selection of locally sourced seafoods.
When you’re finished, leave the clearing up to the butler and cruise back homewards, sunset drinks in hand.
AFTERNOON TEA
We teach you the Dos and Don’ts of the very British ritual of afternoon tea. We conduct this in the form of a tea party – this can be at your villa, the Minerva Academy in its Georgian-style dining room or any other venue of your choice.
How do you pronounce ‘scone’? Jam or cream first? Should you lift your little finger? The saucer? So many questions… so many opportunities to get it wrong!
After this fun little practice, you’ll be ready to be invited by the
Queen Consort.
