A new home or office takes shape through countless decisions and practical arrangements. Designers, developers, suppliers and installers may each be responsible for their own part, but someone still needs to keep sight of the whole project and represent the owner’s interests on the ground.
Minerva provides that local presence for clients who are abroad or occupied with other commitments. We work to understand what they want to achieve, coordinate the people involved and bring questions to them when a decision is needed.
From plans to practical details
We work alongside designers, developers, strata representatives, contractors and other specialists as a project develops. Our involvement may include visiting the site, taking measurements, obtaining information the client needs and arranging for samples to be sent abroad for review.
As plans become purchases and deliveries, we help source furnishings and furniture, coordinate orders, and organise shipping, insurance, customs, and oversee movers and installation. For an office, this can also include coordinating IT and equipment installation with the relevant providers.
The individual tasks vary from project to project. What matters is having someone who understands the intended result and can keep track of how the pieces fit together.
Representing your interests on site
Questions often arise when a client cannot be there in person. A measurement needs confirming, an item arrives, or a supplier needs a decision before work can continue. We gather the relevant information, keep the client informed and follow through on their instructions.
We approach each project with the care we would give our own home or office, while ensuring the finished space reflects the client’s preferences. Our role is to provide continuity between the people involved, attend to practical details and help move the project from plans to a space ready for use.
